What this service will and won't do
- Free for newcomers
- Always. Organizations fund this service, not the people using it.
- We never ask for your document numbers
- No passport number, no SIN, no application number, no health card number. There is nowhere in this system to put them.
- Not a government service
- This is an independent service. It provides information and referrals, not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice.
- You do not need an account
- You will be able to use this service without giving us your name or email address.
